“Meli Baking Company started the way most beautiful things do — around a family kitchen table. What began as weekend experiments with unexpected flavor combinations quickly became a calling. Friends asked for more. Family couldn’t get enough. And somewhere between the hundredth macaron shell and the first perfectly layered Meli Cup, a brand was born.
Today, every creation still carries that same energy — the curiosity, the care, the refusal to settle for ordinary. We work exclusively from our professional kitchen, where food safety meets artisan craft, and every batch is made from scratch with premium ingredients.”
